This hotel places you right in the middle of everything, with Times Square just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to explore iconic attractions like Bryant Park and the New York Public Library, both less than 15 minutes on foot; not to mention, there are fantastic dining options like Capizzi and 2 Bros Pizza just around the corner! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I really appreciated the friendly staff, especially the woman who kindly stored my luggage and remembered me from prior visits. I did encounter some delays with the elevators during busier times.

The hotel is just a short walk from Times Square which makes it super easy to explore the vibrant energy of the city and nearby iconic spots like the New York Public Library which is about 1.4 kilometers away and the Empire State Building just about 1.1 kilometers which can be reached in no time and with plenty of cafes and restaurants like Starbucks just a few steps away you can grab a quick bite or a coffee whenever you want and our room was comfortable with a big TV which was perfect for relaxing after long days of sightseeing but the only issue was a minor one with the shower stream being weak.

Arriving at 11:15 a.m. was a pleasant surprise; early check-in was smooth. The staff exuded kindness and warmth, making the experience welcoming. The location is impeccable-steps away from Times Square and a myriad of dining options. several issues need addressing. The elevator wait times were frustrating. The shower design was problematic: no door means wet floors and lack of privacy. I experienced a serious security breach when a stranger entered my room because the front desk failed to verify his identity. In summary, the hotel has potential. Just a few adjustments could significantly enhance guest experience. Looking forward to seeing improvements on my return.

On the bright side, the flat-screen TV was a good size and had a decent channel selection. I called for room service once, but it took quite a while for them to fulfill my request. the dry cleaning service was not as efficient as I had hoped for, and I had to follow up multiple times to get my clothes back on time. Housekeeping did a decent job overall, but I noticed they missed a few spots during their cleaning routine. The lack of a grocery shopping service was a downside for me as I prefer having the option to stock up on snacks and essentials without leaving the hotel. The hotel did offer valet parking, which was convenient, but I was not offered a welcome drink upon arrival as mentioned in the amenities list. I also didn't see any information about tours or ticket assistance, which would have been helpful for planning activities during my stay. my experience at the Delta Hotel had its ups and downs.

The Delta Hotel in NYC is the perfect choice for budget-conscious travelers like myself. The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from all the attractions in Times Square. The free breakfast buffet was a delightful bonus, offering a wide range of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and its vibrant atmosphere.

The only drawback I encountered was the placement of the shower head. It was positioned too high on the wall, making it difficult for shorter individuals to adjust or reach.

we loved delta in midtown! the staff was always very nice and ready to help. the rooms were big and very comfortable, with loads of appliances. the location was pure fantastic, close to attractions, bus station, and subway. the breakfast was always very diverse. we also enjoyed the happy hour running from tuesday to thursday 🥂
